Requirements
The rent is excluding bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning (€50). The rent includes Gas, Water, Light, WiFi and TV.
One pet is allowed and stays for free. In addition, we have a deposit (€100) to transfer directly as confirmation of the reservation. You will of course receive that amount back afterwards if the delivery is tidy.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will in principle remain for the next booking. In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to the booking, 75% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation 7 days before the booking period, 100% of the rent will be charged.
