'The Veluwe loft' is an industrial building located between the IJssel valley and the Veluwe, converted into a spacious loft on the first floor and a studio / workshop on the ground floor.
The space has wall-to-wall light and a wide view of 6 by 3 meters. There is a sunny roofterrace on the south west. Luxurious Bulthaup kitchen.
The building is energy neutral, the underfloor heating works by means of heat pumps and solar panels.
The bedroom has an Auping king-size box-spring bed and a walk-in shower.

Accessibility: 3 minutes away from Intercity station Dieren. Many recreational opportunities at the IJssel and the Veluwe, all within walking distance.
Free parking spaces, electric car charging point available.

Good base for walking tours across the Veluwe, for example to the Posbank (3 hours), for cycling trips through the floodplains of the IJssel, for example to the 'Hanzesteden' Doesburg (6 km) or Zutphen (14 km) and access to 100 km of mountain bike routes (MTB Rheden / Veluwe).
