You enter Inn de Berghen Lermoos in the central hall. Take a seat on the long sofa with sheepskins and cushions and look out at the wintery, yet sunny (3D) photo wall. A great place to put on or take off your walking or cycling shoes while sitting. From the central hall you open the front door to your own holiday home. Your own hall offers plenty of space for coats and shoes and there is a toilet.
The ceiling beams have remained visible in the cozy living room. Curl up with a book in the corner of one of the two nice sofas or watch a good movie on the 4K TV (you can use Netflix with your own login details). Or listen to your favorite music on the radio or CD via the Denon Bluetooth installation (fast, free fiber optic WIFI). The warm design of the living room radiates tranquility, it is an excellent place to stay in any season of the year!
The 'living' kitchen absolutely lives up to its name. The handmade kitchen, made from old barnwood, is fully equipped. A gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Of course, there is also an electric kettle and a Nespresso machine. The comfortable chairs and dining bench invite you to dine for a long time at the three-meter-long dining table. The antique mirror cabinet from Styria (Austria) completes the kitchen.
It is wonderful to wake up in the bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom is adjacent to the small hall.
At the top of the stairs, which lead up from the kitchen, a second toilet has been created under the sloping roof. The separate bathroom, also under the sloping roof, has wonderful showers and the view of the sinks is one to behold. The (double) tables are made of old oak planks and offer plenty of space for putting down toiletries. There is a nice hairdryer and hooks are plentiful!
The bedroom on the first floor can rightly be called the master bedroom. It is nice that the windows can be opened, but the air conditioner also ensures a wonderfully cool room on warmer days.
In the linen room, which is adjacent to the central hall, you can use the washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
At the rear of the holiday home there is a spacious garden with nice places to relax at any time of the day. Here you will also find the veranda with dining table and BBQ and the sauna! When used, the sauna is exclusively available to you!
Within a minute you can walk into the forest for a beautiful walk over the Kale Berg and Lochemse Berg. In just a few minutes you can cycle between the beautiful countryside. The nature here is indescribably beautiful, the peace comes over you, you imagine yourself in a painting with breathtaking views, fields full of flowers (and cows) and beautiful farms. Add to this the warm welcome, the many pleasant terraces, eateries, castles, cultural opportunities and nice (farm) shops! You don't have to go abroad to get away from it all!

We have furnished our home with beautiful furniture, accessories and a lot of attention to detail. For this reason, our home is not baby/child friendly and we focus on rental to adults only.
Climbing stairs is unavoidable in this holiday home, which may make the house less suitable for people with mobility problems. The holiday home is not wheelchair friendly.
We are happy to offer our guests a completely smoke-free stay; smoking is not permitted in the houses or in the garden.
Bringing pets is also not permitted.
