Villa Carte is a 14 person holiday home, ideal for a holiday with family and children. A spacious villa with a lot of luxury and entertainment. There are many children's toys on the second floor. Even with bad weather it is good to stay indoors. The spacious garden with playhouse provides plenty of space for the children to play.

You will find in the house:

Living room
In the living room we have two cozy corner sofas. We have 1 large dining table that seats 14 guests. The TV cabinet contains various DVDs, family and children's games and magazines.

kitchen
The accommodation is equipped with a modern kitchen with a 5-burner gas hob, large fridge with freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, a combination microwave, dishwasher and full kitchen inventory. As a special extra there is a cotton candy machine and a popcorn machine.

Bedroom
On the fourth floor in the bedroom is a double bed of 160 by 2 meters, with a double duvet and pillows on it. On the landing there are two single box-spring beds of 0.80 by 2 meters. On the third floor we have 2 bedrooms with two single box-spring beds of 0.80 by 2 meters. All beds have single duvets and pillows. There are also two children's rooms on this floor, each with a bunk bed (please note, these beds are 70x140cm). It is possible to add a baby cot. (We have 2 baby beds and a playpen in villa Carte) On the second floor and the ground floor there is one sofa bed each.

Toys
The second floor is largely equipped for the children, there are too many toys to list them all, but here are a few examples: very large blocks, duplicate blocks, kitchen, workshop, game computer, combi table (football, billiards, air football) train track, craft table and much more.

Bathroom
On the second floor there are two bathrooms, as well as a second toilet bathroom 1: a whirlpool bath, shower and sink. bathroom 2: a sink and a shower cabin with rain shower and various jets and built-in 1 person sauna. On the ground floor there is a toilet in the hall

Washing machine
The unit in the park has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used during your stay for a small fee of € 35. (You will receive a key for this)

Outside
In good weather you can sit outside on the terrace with garden furniture. There is also a small shed in the garden. For the small children there is a playhouse with slide in the garden. The garden is closed by a fence and shrubs. Next to villa Carte there is a closed playground. There is a good view of this from the garden. There is space for 4 cars at the house, several cars can be parked in the parking spaces at the beginning of the park.


Internet and TV
You can use free Wi-Fi. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player with various DVDs.

Other
The central heating and underfloor heating provides pleasant heating for the ground floor. All rooms have central heating on the other floors.

This is a smoke free property.
Pets are not allowed.
Rental to young people is not possible.
