Beautiful and new holiday home near the nature reserves in Drenthe. With lovely Finnish barrel sauna in the garden. Spacious plot, nice terrace.

Beautiful living room a gas fireplace for the cold winter days. Everything modern and fiber optic internet. Good beds, bathroom with bath, washing machine and dryer. From the holiday home you can go for a walk in nature. The holiday home is located on the Terhosterzand nature reserve, and literally around the corner is NP Dwingelderveld. From April/May 2025, a new holiday home will be built fairly close by, mainly there are activities on Mondays and Saturdays. Noise nuisance could occur here during the day. Our new neighbor will build his holiday home (himself), this is diagonally opposite our plot.

Welcome to our holiday home the N8UIL. Together with the two of us, we built the entire holiday home. And we are very proud of that! There is a lot of love in the design and also in the décor. We live on Ameland with our two children Mathijs and Mirre. We love nature, getting out and about and enjoying the little things in life. We have the rental in our own hands so that we have short lines of communication with our guests and can take immediate action if something is wrong. Welcome!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices are per stay. Max. 4 persons. Cot, high chair and changing mat are available.

The rental price does not include:
Bed linen: € 12.50 p.p.
Final cleaning: € 65,-
Tourist tax of € 1.55 p.p.p.n.

Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels for any reason, the following amounts are
due from the time of booking until;
a) 0 % of the travel sum in case of cancellation within 24 hours after the booking has been approved.
b) 30% of the travel sum in case of cancellation up to 54 days before arrival;
c) 60 % of the travel sum in case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival;
d) 80% of the travel sum in case of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival;
e) 100% of the travel sum in case of cancellation within 28 days before arrival or in case of non-appearance.
