From Huize Lammechien, Witteveen 20W, Ruinen, you can walk straight into the Dwingelderveld nature park. Through the woods you will reach the beautiful moors with its fens and many walking and cycling paths in no time. The beautiful green village of Ruinen is 2 km away, as well as the sheepfold and the Dwingelderveld visitor center.

Huize Lammechien is a detached house with an area of more than 100 m2, which was renovated under architecture in 2014 and is equipped with a complete, modern open kitchen with patio doors to a sheltered terrace on the south, with complete privacy and with an open kitchen. outdoor fireplace!

The spacious, bright, homely living room with gas fireplace and underfloor heating will perhaps surprise you the most! The entire rear is equipped with glass with a huge sliding door followed by a large terrace on the west. The fantastic view of the farmlands and the Dwingelderveld, in combination with the wonderful silence, will allow you to completely relax. With a bit of luck you can enjoy galloping horses, playing hares, climbing squirrels, grazing roe deer and an array of singing birds on a daily basis. The robbing buzzard is also included in this story. And just imagine seeing a badger pass by at dusk. It's all possible.

And who wouldn't want to wake up to that same wide view! Lammechien has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both with the possibility to walk directly into the garden through the garden doors. Furthermore, a cozy loft has recently been realized, where there is a single box spring. The loft can be reached from the hall via a fixed staircase.
