Room 3. "Bab Doukala":

This blue room, named Bab Doukala, has two windows to the patio and a third window to the outside. That is very unusual, because a Moroccan house (riad) is an inward-looking house and has no windows to the outside. It is therefore a blind window. There is a fixed bed in it, but a single bed can be added. The bathroom is made of Moroccan marble and the floor of the room is a combination of cement-pressed tiles and glazed stones. A double arch above the bed with a lot of indirect lighting makes this room a romantic space!    

The B&B "Riad Aïcha - Marrakech" is located in the east of the medina, a fifteen minute walk from the large square Jamaa-el-Fna. It is the oldest part of Marrakech and has preserved its authenticity. Bab Aïlen, first described in 1130, is the gateway through the large city wall to the Medina. Boutouil is the street, where life is still about a hundred years ago. When you enter Riad Aicha, the hectic pace of the city falls away from you. Here you are in a modern but also traditional riad. An oasis of peace and serenity. Our team strives to follow the hospitality and helpfulness of the inhabitants of the beautiful country of Morocco.

There are two rooms on the ground floor. Furthermore, here are also the salon with fireplace and library, the patio, the swimming pool and the kitchen. The first floor has 4 rooms. There is a Berber tent on the roof terrace and there is a hammam with wardrobe for up to 4 people. There is also a spacious upper and lower roof terrace to enjoy the Moroccan sun, which almost always shines here. All rooms have air conditioning and a ventilation system in the bathrooms.
