The house consists of 2 separate 3-person apartments, each with its own veranda/balcony with sea view. Each apartment has a double bedroom with air conditioning. The apartment on the ground floor has an extra bedroom with 1 single bed and the top apartment also has a single bed. There are 6 beds in total. 2 x double beds and 2 x single beds. The beds are made upon arrival. Bath, beach towels and hand towels are provided for you.
Two parking spaces are available on site. The house is less suitable for very small children, there is an open staircase to the 1st floor and the fencing around is not suitable for small children. There is no baby/high chair available.
There is a kitchen with gas stove, which has 2 burners on the ground floor. Coffee maker and oven are available. Both floors have a refrigerator with freezer. The top floor has a microwave.
If you are staying with 2 or 3 people, the apartment on the ground floor is sufficient.
You can then use both verandas. You must pay for cleaning on site, which is 100 euros. To be paid in cash upon arrival at the host. If you rent both apartments, you pay a small surcharge of 100 euros per week.
In this part of Montenegro the houses are not signposted with street names, you will receive a detailed route description and code for the key box from us by email. We are usually not present ourselves, but our hostess Biljana speaks good English and German.
The location is quiet with a view of the Adriatic Sea from both apartments. A swing bench has been placed on one of the verandas and there are binoculars available. A goat herder regularly walks past. A 3-minute walk away is a source where you can get free drinking water and an olive farmer where you can buy olive oil.
Montenegro consists largely of mountains and is therefore a fantastic country for walking. From our house there are several beaches that you can walk to (20 to 25 minutes). Our apartment contains a description of how you can walk to these beaches. Tourist information is available. There is a supermarket and a bakery within a 10-minute walk. It is also very nice to discover the area by car.
