The house is 30km from Podgorica airport. It is also located next to the cleanest river in Europe, called Tara, and at a distance of 15 km from Ski Center Kolasin, so that you can be on the 42 km ski slopes from your cozy sleeping place in no time.
It is also close to the famous Biogradsko Jezero Natural Park (Biogradsko Lake). Many tourists travel for hours to see this pearl, but with this house it is right in front of you!
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and two bedrooms have 2 single beds per room. A bathroom with a bath and shower. The living room contains 2 sofas that can be used as a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A wood central heating. The living area is 150m2, but the total surface of the entire parcel is 10,000 square meters. Ideal for an organic garden! The climate is ideal for growing raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and all kinds of vegetables.
