The house has a large garden (completely fenced) with a 10x3.5 swimming pool, all for the private use of the tenant. It can accommodate up to 12 people: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 3 with two single beds (one with a double sofa bed). The covered terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a barbecue is also available for cooking. The villa is conveniently located to visit Umbria, southern Tuscany, Rome and northern Lazio. From the holiday villa you can reach the Rome-Florence motorway in about 25 minutes by car. The train station of Orvieto is 25 Km away, from Orvieto you can reach Rome and Florence by train in about an hour and a half. In the village of Montecchio (within walking distance) you will find the following shops: bar, bakery, butcher, supermarket, grocery, pharmacy. There is a large supermarket on the way to the house next to the motorway exit at Orvieto (after the exit turn right, at the first roundabout you will see the Coop on the right side of the road), open every day from 8:30 to 20:30 and on Sundays from 9 to 20 Recommended restaurants La Perla (in the center of the village ), Sala della Comitessa (Baschi, 11 km), Casa Vissani (Baschi, 11 kms...but very expensive), Il fontanile (7 km).
