The property is 4/6 km from the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. It is in a very quiet location with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. It allows to quickly reach the most famous cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, Northern Lazio and Southern Tuscany. The villa is divided into 3 apartments. Two can accommodate 4-5 people and the last one for 6/7. Each has its own veranda (with table, chairs and barbecue), kitchenette/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room. The house is suitable for groups or more families who want to holiday together up to 15 (13 adults + 2 children + babies). The whole house is for exclusive use (villa-garden-swimming pool are not shared with other persons). It is possible to eat together in the large living room of one apartment on the ground floor or under one of the porches. There is also a stone oven/barbecue for cooking. In front of the villa is a 12x5m swimming pool (depth 1.4 to 1.6 metres). Wi-fi internet connection available in all units. Shops and restaurants can be found in Attigliano at 4 km and Lugnano in Teverina at 6 km. The motorway is only a 10-minute drive away. The wineries of Le Crete, San Donna are a 15 km drive away. Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena are all about 35 km away. Rome is 1 hour away but there is also a train station in Attigliano at 4km.
