A former farmhouse, situated on a hill (503 m) offers a fantastic view over the Tuscan landscape and consists of 8 apartments. (see also our other advertisements for the other apartments)

The sunny apartments are attractively furnished in the local style and each offers a panoramic view.
For guests there are several terraces and a swimming pool with jacuzzi, there is a ping pong table and the sports park is 50 meters away where you can play tennis, football and use the outdoor fitness equipment for free. At the pool bar there is a TV with satellite reception (Canal digital)

This atmospheric farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Tuscany.

Take a lovely walk through the medieval village of Montecastelli Pisano, but Firenze (Florence), Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano are also easily accessible.
The beach of Cecina is about 40 km away.
You can enjoy nature during walks or while mountain biking.

The split level apartment has an entrance on the ground floor.
It has a bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor and a bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people on the 1st floor, here is also the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. It also has a small balcony.
The living room on the ground floor has a sitting and dining area for 5 people and there is a TV with local channels and a DVD player. It has a fully equipped open kitchen with:

Prices include:

Use of towels, kitchen towels and bed linen, these are provided once upon arrival, you can use the washing machine to wash them in the meantime. Costs €4.00 per wash. Detergent and fabric softener are provided and included in the price.
One-time arrival package upon arrival with bottle of spring water, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, garbage bag and dishwasher detergent.
Use of WiFi, available throughout the complex.
Heating, gas, water and electricity.
Use of the patio furniture, pool furniture and barbecue
Free parking space in front of the complex
Use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi
Use of the ping-pong table, tennis court, fitness equipment, football field and children's play equipment, tennis rackets and tennis balls, ping-pong bats and balls are available free of charge.
