Our lovely apartment is located in the lively village of Gaiole in Chianti, in the middle of the Chianti wine region in Tuscany.

High quality and luxurious apartment with large terrace and super view. Communal swimming pool, fitness and air conditioning, in a small-scale residential complex.
The whole consists of 35 houses, all different, built in the traditional Chianti style. Communal facilities such as a large swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, a professional gym, washing and drying room and parking garage with its own space.
We rent out our own house, but also that of one of the neighbours. So just contact us, even if our house is on ''occupied''.
The nicest thing about our own house is the large terrace, on which you can live from April to October. Here is a beautiful wrought iron / natural stone dining area, two sun loungers, parasols and planters.
There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a small room with two nicely upholstered trundle beds. The living room has a good sofa, with comfortable armchairs, a flat screen, etc. The wireless network has been fiber optic since 2022, so it works fine. The bathroom has a separate shower with glass cabin and a bathtub. We have furnished our house in a cozy and high-quality way, as if we "live" there. We assume that you respect this and that you take good care of our house. Everything you need for a nice holiday is available.
All rooms have access to the terrace and are fitted with mosquito nets.
The village of Gaiole in Chianti is located below the complex, you can walk to the pleasant square with supermarket, terraces, ATM, etc. In the other direction you walk directly into the vineyards. Many beautiful places, nice restaurants, old monuments, everything within a short distance. Siena 25 minutes, Florence one hour. The Chianti is a beautiful and quiet region, even in high season. The restaurants are fantastic and very affordable! Wine tasting nearby in famous chateaus or just at the farmer.
