We have just finished furnishing this wonderful new house.... the 2 bathrooms and kitchen have now been completely renovated and the swimming pool has been newly tiled.

Casa delle Olive can accommodate up to eight people in three bedrooms on the ground floor, one bathroom, and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with bathroom.

Casa delle Olive is a nice family house with a large garden with a private swimming pool and a great view. Whether you want to spend lazy days by the pool or visit the many medieval villages, Casa delle Olive is the perfect choice to provide you with all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday.

Casa delle Olive is the perfect location for guests looking for a real Tuscan experience in a rustic setting. Casa delle Olive retains many of its unique Tuscan features, such as wooden beams, stone features and terracotta floors. The villa has two floors, with a beautiful open wooden staircase. The villa is spacious with an open design (approximately 185 square meters).

From the main entrance on the ground floor there is a large living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a lovely comfortable sofa, armchair and footstool. Also, the fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people is located on the ground floor. There are also three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200). On the first floor is the third bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

The well-maintained, shady and sheltered garden with many olive trees leads to a beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful view on sun beds. The garden offers a lot of privacy. In the garden near the kitchen, there is a comfortable dining table with chairs, so that cooking and dining in the open air is as comfortable as possible. There is also a gas grill for grilling. There is also a comfortable "gazebo" where you can eat while enjoying the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a delicious glass of Tuscan wine.

Casa delle Olive has ample parking on site and a laundry room with a washing machine.
