This villa was originally built as a monastery. During the renovation, the architectural features have been beautifully preserved, making you immediately feel like you're in old Italy. It is quietly located, yet close to the beaches of the Mediterranean and the famous vineyards of Bolgheri. Through Micazu we rent our entire house, which consists of 3 apartments with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that are linked to each other with their own entrance and veranda of 60 m2. The house is rented privately, there are no other tenants. In the large garden you will also find a lovely swimming pool, barbecue and trampoline. There is also a pizza oven and TV/play room.
The house has vaulted ceilings and original terracotta floors with an external loggia; the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. The kitchens and TV room are located on the ground floor.
Free internet with Wi-Fi (whole house and pool) and satellite connection TV are available.
The outside area offers a porch with a terrace of 60 m2. 6,600 square meters of garden with typical local vegetation such as wine, lavender, pomegranate, rosemary, roses, etc., and a newly built swimming pool of 10 x 4.
Just 10 minutes away by car you will find the town of Cecina, where you can find shops, restaurants, market, train station, etc. It is also a great base to visit well-known and lesser-known places, such as Lucca, Florence, Sienna and the many small mountain villages. Pisa International Airport is 40 minutes away by motorway.
