Benvenuto! Welcome to La Bordona - Casa per Semper! Casa per Semper is a unique holiday home located in perhaps the most beautiful region of Italy: the Monferrato. Casa per Semper is an apartment located on the first floor of an ancient monastic complex, La Bordona, in the municipality of Vignale Monferrato. The first stones date back to 1043! But don't worry, this holiday apartment has been completely brought to the present.
The apartment exudes Piedmont: the typical Italian country style, with a modern twist. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lovely living room and the absolute showpiece: a 20m² terrace, you will definitely not be short of anything during your holiday.

Outside, a great swimming pool made of natural stone (May to September) and a great garden (all year round) await you. You can park in front of the gate. Inside the gate there is complete serenity & tranquility, which is so typical of the region. Everywhere you have fantastic views over the wine hills and, when the weather is clear, the beautiful Alps, which you can see bend around you from the Mediterranean Sea all the way to Switzerland. A unique sight!

It will not be surprising that the neighbor is a wine grower. This region and the house are ideally suited for wine lovers, nature lovers, culture vultures and explorers.

The house is waiting for you with all amenities. You will soon be short of nothing. One question remains: will you make your own pasta in the delicious kitchen, or will you go out for a nice meal?

Bye! We are Dominique and Thomas. In 2017 we got married in Italy, a country that has completely captured our hearts. After the marriage we started organizing weddings and tours in Italy ourselves. The purchase of our second home in Italy in 2023 completed our dream.
Specifically, we are in love with the region where we got married and where our house is: the Monferrato. A unique and beautiful region, which we would like to share with you!

We have an age limit of 12 years for all tenants and guests
Pets are not allowed
Beds are made upon arrival
Towels are changed on Wednesday, bed linen on Saturday.
Final cleaning costs are € 50.
The deposit is € 250

We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
