Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before and after every rental. We pay special attention to it at this time. Apartment Martino consists of a hall, a large living room, wifi, stereo, blue tooth box and TV, kitchen, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath, shower. Narrow stairs down, two rooms with a double bed (1x two persons 1 x 2 single beds), a partly open room with bunk beds and a bunk bed in semi-open space, bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower. Two spacious balconies / terraces on the south and south west, a ski box for the storage of sports equipment, a cellar and a garage with parking for 1 car. Common room with ping pong table, pool table and washing machines. Games, toys, high chair and cot available.
WINTER: Slope next door. 350km ski slope. Skiing in Italy and Switzerland. Children's slope and baby lift at the door. Large winter playground for children on the doorstep. Matterhorn view (Il Cervino). Longest section in Europe (22km) from 3883 to 1540m. Ski resort open in winter from November 1 to the first weekend of May. Also open last weekends of October. Extensive cross-country skiing area.
SUMMER: In summer extensive hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, hiking, snowboard camp, tennis (50mt) golf, golf course within walking distance (150mt), paragliding, children's playground, inflatables. Summer skiing possible. Lifts open from June. Open every day in July and August in summer from 7.30am to 1.30pm / 2.30pm.
Linen, bed linen, towels can be rented for 14 EUR pp. On site
to pay. Not included in the price. Mandatory purchase in connection with
hygiene. Blankets provided. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before
