This farmhouse, which has been converted into a lovely holiday villa, is over a hundred years old. Since then, it has been adapted to the comforts of modern times. The house is situated on a spacious plot of approximately 5000m2 surrounded by a beautiful garden with several terraces and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with adjoining kitchen. This is equipped with all important equipment such as oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a storage room, bathroom with toilet and shower and a laundry room with washing machine. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with small living/dining room.

On the first floor are 4 bedrooms (a separate baby cot and baby chair are available). There is also a bathroom with toilet and bath. On this floor is a nice fireplace room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Ideal for the early and late season when the evenings get a little cooler. Through the fireplace room you reach the very spacious terrace with a view over the blooming sunflower fields of Le Marche. Lovely to have a drink and eat at the large table.

On the 1st floor is a separate bedroom with sofa bed and private bathroom (with shower and toilet) available. This is only accessible via the roof terrace. Ideal for older children who want their own room.

At 800 meters walking distance from the house is the village of Torre San Patrizio, here are several supermarkets for daily shopping. You will also find a delicious organic pizzeria / trattoria for an easy meal here. Our recommendation is Pomo d'Oro. In this restaurant of owner Massimo you will find the most delicious pastas and Italian regional dishes for a very affordable price. It is less than 700 meters from the house. Due to the central location of Villa Regina, the authentic castle villages of Le Marche are very easy to reach. You are also in 20 minutes on the sandy beach of Porto San Giorgio.

In short, a very spacious detached house for groups of up to 8-10 people, equipped with every comfort and with all the nice villages and the beach nearby.

We, Reinier and Bas, are the owners of Villa Regina. We love Italy and we have realized our dream of owning our own house here. Our nice house is managed by a Dutch couple who live near our house and are therefore always available quickly. They speak Dutch, English, Italian and German.

Fermo is about a 15-minute drive from Villa Regina and is a beautiful place where you can stroll in the evening on the Piazza del Popolo. In the streets around the square you will find all kinds of nice Italian shops and boutiques.

Monte Urano is 10 km away and this is completely dominated by designer shoes and therefore a real paradise for everyone who enjoys shoes. Well-known brands such as Andrea Morelli started here and Gallucci still makes children's shoes here. Are you planning to visit Monte Urano in the summer? Then make sure you are here in the evening. Every summer evening there is a market where the real shoe collector can indulge. In the village of Casette d'ete, which is next to Monte Urano, you will find Il Castagno Brand Village. At this outlet you will find the following brands: Prada, Bagalier, Champion, Hugo Boss and many other Italian well-known brands. The TOD factories are also located here.

A visit to the Grotte di Frasassi is an absolute must during your holiday in Le Marche. Anyone who enters the caves immediately sees the effect of water and stone that has already done its work for more than 190 million. Despite the caves being millions of years old, the public has only been able to enjoy them since 1974. And that is being done in full, more than ten million people have already been in the caves.
