A stylishly renovated nature house and a separate guest house together form a beautiful and hospitable stay on one hectare of land in the Marches. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday with 8 people and the space also makes it ideal for two families. The 'main house' has on the ground floor a sitting room with fireplace, a spacious dining kitchen, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and the washing machine / storage room. On the first floor 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds. The second bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and bidet) is also located here. The 'guest house' has a spacious living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and the third bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Located on a southern slope, it is a wonderful place to relax under the 'portico' and on the leafy terraces in summer, but the houses also offer security and silence in the other seasons without the place feeling isolated. Made up of various terraces, the estate has a panoramic view of, among other things, the Monti Sibillini and five villages on hilltops in the area. The beautifully maintained garden, olive grove and vegetable garden are embedded in a landscape of fields and forests that can also be admired from the lovely swimming pool (50 m², 1.40-1.85 meters deep). The house is located four kilometers from the lively Sant'angelo in Pontano. Here are plenty of shops for your daily shopping, a supermarket, a gelateria, two bars, a few restaurants and a pharmacy. In principle, the changeover days are on Saturdays. If possible and in consultation it is possible to deviate from this. It is also possible to rent only the main house.
