Casa delle Rose

Welcome to Casa delle Rose! The comfortably furnished house is located on a rural, dead-end road, with a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains, but also a ten-minute walk from the village square of medieval Sant'Angelo in Pontano.

There are various shops, cafes, terraces and restaurants in the village.
The house is actually more of a residential home than a holiday home; it is comfortably and personally furnished. There are games, jigsaw puzzles, lots of books; Dutch, English and Italian literature and a large collection of travel guides available. The house, grounds and pool are completely private; you have everything to yourself. The swimming pool (10 by 4 meters) is located a little lower than the house itself, in the fairytale garden of 4000 m². Olives and lemons surround the swimming pool, which is maintained with salt. The view is equally beautiful everywhere and there is an abundance of fragrant herbs. In the evening you can romantically illuminate the garden with LED lights that illuminate the paths and the swimming pool. On the portico, the covered terrace attached to the house, there is a large barbecue and a six-person table with chairs. There is another open terrace on the side of the house.

There are three bedrooms, one small and two large, with one in each
double bed. There is a cot. There are two spacious bathrooms and
a separate toilet at the entrance of the house. In the large bedrooms
air conditioning, in the small bedroom there is a fan.
The nature of this part of the Marche is beautiful, an unspoilt hilly landscape with a medieval village on every peak; Sant'Angelo in Pontano is one of them. Both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains are a half-hour drive from the house. Beach life is still simple here, many family beaches, few foreign tourists. Beautiful hikes past mountain huts have been set out in the mountains.

From the village you can take a nice walk to a special place in the middle of the forest, the source of the legendary San Nicola. And a walk through the centro storico is also very worthwhile, walk up to the Chiesa San Nicola and enjoy the incredibly beautiful panorama.
