Casa Bellini is located in an undiscovered green agricultural area of Le Marche, between eight hilltop villages, which have hardly changed since the medieval period. Casa Bellini has three luxurious apartments, Oliva, Lavenda and Gaura.
You can walk to the nearest hilltop village, Petritoli, 2.5 km away. Home to eight churches, the bell tower chimes every hour. The spotless village is reminiscent of stepping into a scene from a black and white film set. The local nightlife simmers every night of the week between three modest bars. You can dine in a pizzeria, or the beloved cave 'Osteria Delle Cornacchie' or for a traditional Italian extravagant visit 'Ristorante Re Squarchiò'.
Each apartment has uninterrupted views of the Siblini Mountains, where you can see the contours of an ever-changing glacier illuminating the mountaintop.
In 2020 we had a swimming pool of 5 by 10 meters built with a fantastic view of the mountain peaks of the Silbini Mountains, see also the photos in this advertisement.
With a choice of beaches, the coastline stretches from Fermo to San Benedetto. The nearest beaches are Pedaso, Cupra or Porto San Georgio with sandy coves and rocky peninsulas and an abundance of seafood restaurants and ice cream. During the day there are food and antique markets where you can enjoy olive oil, cold cuts, cheese, pasta, vegetables and more. There is no shortage of vineyards where wine tasting is popular with the locals in their pursuit of happiness. They are very proud of the local wine, Pecorino.
Apartments: Lavenda/Gaura/Oliva
Our stylish self-catering apartments combine rustic Italian with modern comfort. They are all located on the ground floor and are fully equipped with the necessary comforts. Each apartment features beautiful Italian antique marble floors. There is a large outdoor dining area complete with BBQ facilities. Enjoy the large peaceful garden where you can relax in a sun lounger and read a book or swing in a hammock while enjoying the mountain view and listening to the sounds of nature.
Apartment Lavanda - Three-room apartment for up to 4 people
Lavanda is an apartment with an open plan spacious living room / fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with twin beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Apartment Lavanda has its own private terrace that is not shared with other apartments and guests.
Lavanda and Gaura have interconnecting (hotel) doors, so if you're planning to visit as a large group, you have the added flexibility of leaving the door open. Apartment Oliva can also be booked in combination with apartment Lavanda.
