In the south of the beautiful region of Le Marche you will find this luxurious, well equipped former farmers house with swimming pool.

Area:
In the countryside, in a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes drive from the beautiful village of Montelparo. Deafening silence, only sounds of some bleating of sheep, a tractor of a farmer in the distance which is mowing. A half hour from the sea, a half hour drive to the mountains; National Park Monti Sibillini with beautiful walking routes and unique flora and fauna.

pool:
a large saltwater swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters in depth down from 1.50 meter to 1.80 meter. The pool a spacious terrace with comfortable lounge chairs.

The House:
Formerly a self-sufficient farm. Now where the living room once stood the cows, the spacious terrace is on the site of the former pottering around the pigs and at the site of the pool was a large hay barn. Behind the pool an old olive grove of about 30 trees representing an annual yield of 30 to 60 liters.

Garden:
The covered, large terrace at the rear of the house is a fine place for long evenings socializing. BBQ available. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the garden, pool and orchard. Look further than you can see the contours of the picturesque village of Monte Rinaldo.

We are Frans and Hester, proud owners of this beautiful place in Italy. With great care and effort we have transformed this abandoned farmhouse into a luxurious and fine holiday. We stay here as often as possible, as our pursuits permit in the Netherlands. Our three sons (aged 13, 16 and 18) are also here really to their liking. The climbing wall and pool help here obviously very in!

Explanation of prices

The above prices apply to an occupancy of up to 6 people. If you want to come with more people, you can do so up to a maximum of 8 people. An additional rate of € 50.00 per person per week will then be charged. The house is only rented to you at all times. The house is also very suitable for small groups (2 persons).

The rental price is excluding complete final cleaning (€ 165.00).
For stays of more than a week, we offer you a weekly change of linen and bathroom/toilet cleaning free of charge.
Use of bed and linen is included, except for beach towels.
Use of wireless internet is included
Use of all further equipment is included. Kitchen stock that has been used up must be replenished
Smoking in the house is not allowed
In principle, pets are not allowed
Energy is included (except for stays during the winter period, from 1 October to 1 April)
Deposit is €400; is paid in advance with the rental price and refunded after the final inspection. Any damage or missing household items will be deducted from the deposit.
Bookings are final after telephone consultation and agreement, and after receipt of deposit of the rent and deposit
The pool is maintained once a week. From June 1 to September 1, the swimming pool is open unless there are very hot weather conditions outside these periods.
