Immersed in the green hills of Macerata, our proudly restored rustic farmhouse is made of antique bricks. Our farm is located two kilometers from the beautiful town of Mogliano (MC) in a panoramic and quiet position, surrounded by our ancient Olive trees. We sometimes also sell our organic olive oil. There are also some fruit trees here and there.

The cottage has been restored respecting anti-seismic criteria and is on two floors. We ourselves live on the first floor and our guests stay on the ground floor. The entrances are made in such a way that our guests actually do not know that we also live there. They are completely separate entrances at the front and rear of the building. The parking lot is also situated in such a way that complete privacy is guaranteed. This luxury apartment was built in 2021. As much as possible, retaining the original materials of this antique farmhouse, but with all the luxury to make your holiday something special. There is a covered veranda (40 m²) over the entire length of the building with lots of privacy and direct access to the swimming pool. A luxurious kitchen with sitting area and two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Structured in the style of the past century.

The swimming pool has a phenomenal view of the villages situated in the hills, which gives a special feeling when you cool off in the healthy salt water of our swimming pool (ten times less salty than in the sea). We also rent out a Chalet for a maximum of two people, also Adults Only, who can also use the swimming pool. So it will often be that you have this pool all to yourself. The pool terrace is spacious and equipped with sunbeds and sturdy umbrellas. We prefer not to use the Pool when there are guests.

The Monti Sibillini National Park with the ski slopes of Sarnano, Sassotetto and Bolognola can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche can be reached in 25 minutes by car. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity to enjoy a nice meal. Where, for example, you can eat a real home-made pizza, prepared in an Italian way. Or you can, for example, visit a trattoria where delicious fresh meals are prepared daily. Several wineries, with traditional Italian quality wines, can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
Throughout the year, you can taste the typical products at the many festivals organized in the area. Our goal is to make your well-deserved holiday really a time when you recover and can take it for a while to return to us later 😊.

Because we live above and want to give you and ourselves as much privacy as possible, we have spared no expense to separate our ways and to insulate the entire apartment very well and sound-technically. A special system has been installed in the ceiling for this purpose (Molle-Massa-Molle) by professionals. The measurements were ultimately above standard. This is important because we want our guests to really feel at home. And, of course, will come back later.

We are a married couple and have been living in De Marken since 2008 to restore this farmhouse, according to the old style, with a mix of modern, authentic and antique materials. The two apartments are well separated sound-technically. We also rent out a beautiful chalet further down the yard if you would like to come with more than six people. We like our peace and quiet, and keep a little distance. Privacy for everyone is a high priority for us. Cozy and Relaxed.

Prices are based on two persons.
When booking you will receive a rental confirmation from us by e-mail
The rental confirmation becomes final after receipt of the down payment
The deposit is 50% of the total rental price
Minimum booking: 3 days (low season), 7 days (mid & high season)
Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age

Free cancellation due to Corona is possible when:

The homeland should not be left because of the closed borders,
would not be allowed to enter Italy due to the closed borders,
If there is still negative travel advice for Italy, Le Marche (we follow the guidelines of the Ministero della Salute in Italy and the central government).

If you cancel due to illness or other reasons, there will be no free cancellation and you must take out your own travel and cancellation insurance. In these cases the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start; 50% of the total rental amount
Cancellation between 6 and 2 weeks before the start; 75% of the total rental amount
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start; 100% of the total rental amount
