General.
In the foothills of the Ligurian Alps at an altitude of about 700 meters lies the authentic village of Montegrosso Pian Latte (MPL). There is still real peace here and the people are friendly and helpful. On the edge of this village is the comfortable and cozy holiday home "Tra Mare e Monti" or "Between Sea and Mountains". The cottage has a balcony and private sun terrace, both with stunning views over the valley.
During the day you can hear the birds of prey, in the evening the owls, the squirrels and the murmur of the stream. Guests attribute a medieval appearance to MPL and indicate that you are away from mass tourism here. MPL is a village that is alive. It has 2 restaurants, a grocery store, a church, post office and a doctor's office.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, smoking only outside please.
The holiday house.
General : max. 3 persons; centrally heated.
Split-level kitchen: cooking, rinsing, fridge with freezer, oven, satellite TV, WiFi, safe, BlueTooth® speaker and a wall bed with a full-sized bed for the 3rd guest.
Bedroom: 2nd connection satellite TV, wardrobe, double bed (on request 2 single beds).
Bathroom: WC, shower, bidet, washbasin.
Other: a balcony and a private sun terrace of 25 m2 with garden furniture and BBQ ... Next to the house is a lockable storage room
Climate.
Due to its location, it is never too hot in summer and a moderate climate in winter due to the influence of the Mediterranean Sea.

From the cottage there are many opportunities throughout the year to gain special experiences and to fully enjoy :
- from the cottage you walk directly into nature: ideal for walking, enjoying the diversity of nature and other activities such as cycling (road bike and MTB, downhill trials),
- golf, trout fishing, hang gliding (duo jump), canyoning, mountaineering, horseback riding
- city visit (including Albenga, Alassio, Bordighera, Genoa, Imperia, Nice, Sanremo, Ventimiglia...)
- day trips (Cinque Terre, whale watching)
- beach, the Italian (Flower) Riviera
- culture, art and history is abundantly present
Experience this 'romantic' environment where, in contrast to the 'speed economy' and fast food culture, people live the opposite way. Go along with it... relax, enjoy the outdoors in this beautiful environment.
For walkers and cyclists we have special services such as pick-up and delivery.
Prices.
All prices are ALL-IN , ie including basic energy, bed, bath and kitchen linen, local taxes, booking costs and a bottle of delicious (local) red wine on arrival.
Excluding : the final cleaning, energy costs, personal expenses, food & drinks and the trip.
