The house is located approximately 15 km from the sea with a completely unobstructed sea view from the large balcony (4 x 8 meters facing south). The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the view, peace, privacy and sleep in the cool while on the beach. only 15 to 20 minutes by car yet close by.

Our comfortable and spacious home offers plenty of space for a large family, (cycling) group or families together due to its completely unobstructed location/distance to neighbors. At the same time, the house is also cozy for a small group.
For children, there is play equipment (swing/slide/climbing frame), football cage (5x15m) and the adjacent forest 'full of discoveries' in the large garden (consisting of terraces with approximately 2.5 m height difference without balustrade).
The house is located at an altitude of 995 m against the wooded Col del Melogno, an attraction for (mountain) bikers, hikers (Alta Via) and downhillers (various booking options from Finale Ligure) with all kinds of options in the surrounding places (including Finale Ligure) for water sports, mountain climbing, parasailing/horse riding.
On the sea the fashionable Liguria/Flower Riviera with beautiful beaches, boulevards, beach and eateries, shops, etc. and on the other side of the col the rural Piedmont with villages where time seems to stand still: "best of both worlds"
Delicious, healthy and yet affordable food at one of the many agriturismos in the area.
On the coast you will find famous caves (Borgio Verezzi and Toirano) and within walking distance of the house the caves of old/closed silver mines. The water paradise Le Caravelle is located in nearby Loano and water sports are approximately 10 km away at the (reservoir) lake of Osiglia.
Interesting day trips to the cities of Genoa (75 km), Turin (110 km) or Monaco/Nice (125 km) or to the (world heritage) villages of Cinque Terre (125 km), famous wine regions approximately 50 km (including Barolo).
In the house you will find information for nice walking and cycling trips in the area. There is a bicycle rack that fits almost all cars and there are approximately 5 bicycles for free use (tip: bring your own helmets if desired!). A ping-pong table is at your disposal on the ground floor.
Melogno is a quiet hamlet with 3 bar/restaurants. For shopping you have to go to Magliolo (7 km), Callizzano (10 km) or Finale (large supermarkets).
The location at this altitude can sometimes mean clouds, while at the sea you will simply find radiant weather.
