Villa Bestagno

Located in the middle of the typical olive grove of the Ligurian Riviera, 15 km from the sea and 30 km from the mountains, the villa offers a strategic position in the heart of Bestagno and quiet spaces. In 1 hour by car you can reach Monte Carlo (80 km) for a nice trip, but also Diano Marina (17 km), Alassio (37 km) and Sanremo (44 km) are characteristic towns of the Flower Riviera, where you can sightsee, enjoy the taste of Ligurian cuisine and relax in an evening walk.

The villa is spread over a completely private land, fenced around the entire perimeter. The house is located in the center of the village, within walking distance of the free parking lot on the square.
A path leads guests to the courtyard, a private space where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Here you can organize barbecues, drinks, breakfasts and outdoor meals as the garden is also accessible from the ground floor of the house, or you can use the sunbed to make the most of Imperia's beautiful climate.
On the ground floor there is an open space with a comfortable living room, dining table and a large kitchen complete with appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle). There is also a spacious bathroom, complete with 1 jacuzzi, 2 sinks, a toilet, a bidet, furniture for storing personal items.
On the first floor are the 2 double bedrooms, both with 2 bedside tables, wardrobes/drawers and windows overlooking the garden.
Finally, there is a second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Free on request a baby bed (0/2 years) and a single folding bed.
There is an iron, board, laundry rack, telephone, towels and sheets available.
