Villa Sabina

Holiday apartment in a beautiful villa with lots of privacy and your own private pool.

The apartment is on the first floor and is reached by a wide, easy-to-climb staircase. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, two balconies, and a spacious terrace with table and chairs.

Adjacent to the bedroom there is a dressing room, where an extra 1-person air mattress (40 cm thick) can be placed if guests want to sleep in separate beds.

In the living room there is a dining area and a comfortable sofa that can be folded out into a double bed in seconds. The kitchen corner is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

Low-noise ceiling fans are installed in both the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom for an extra €8 per night, but rarely required as the ceiling fans provide adequate cooling most days and nights.

The bathroom has two separate sinks, a jacuzzi, a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. All bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.

On the landing is a wardrobe and also a bookcase with a variety of books. There is a list of nearby restaurants, and brochures with information about the surrounding places and tourist sites.

You have sole use of the swimming pool, the garden and the portico. There is sufficient garden furniture in the garden: four sunbeds, two hammocks and a garden set with table and 4 chairs. Plenty of opportunity to sunbathe and relax in peace and privacy. Under the portico is also a gas BBQ and sink.

The villages of Calvi dell'Umbria and Montebuono (10 min drive) both have a butcher, bakery and supermarket. Magliano Sabina (15 min) has several shops and supermarkets, and a market on Saturdays.

The owners live on the ground floor, so you can always contact them if you have any questions.
If you have to quarantine on arrival in Italy, we can arrange for airport pick-up and weekly delivery of the groceries.

The swimming pool:
CHILDREN/NON-SWIMMERS are advised to wear buoyancy aids and stay in the shallow end of the pool (approximately 8m x 3m, depth: 1.20m).
