THE MENTIONED RENTAL PRICE APPLIES FOR 2 PERSONS.
The bedroom and bathroom of the upper floor will not be rented out. The use of the living room and portico of the upper floor is allowed. You are the sole tenant of the house.
ADDITIONAL PRICE FOR 4 PERSONS IS 500 EURO.
The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom of the upper floor are then rented out.

The detached house built in 2007 is located

- on a plot of 4000m2 in the olive groves and vineyards on Lake Bolsena;

- at 400 m altitude and has a panoramic view from the portico
over the hills, Lake Bolsena with the island of Bisentina and the places Bolsena, Montefascione, Marta and Capodimonte.
For the evenings, this means a fairy-lit skyline.

-on a dead end road about 1 km from a real Italian village with good facilities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant, bar, gelateria etc.

- about 2 km from the nearest beaches on the lake.

- right in the cultural heart of Italy: a region brimming with history, art, culture and local traditions. Within a two-hour drive you will find a great deal of Italian heritage from ancient and medieval history, from the Renaissance and the Baroque.

- in the region called Etruria, the ancient Etruscan land between southern Tuscany and Rome. where the borders of the regions of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria meet. This undiscovered and unspoilt region has a lot to offer in terms of culture and nature, with a very pleasant temperature. You can therefore undisturbed here in search of the peace and charm of the medieval, picturesque villages and towns that, in addition to special cultural treasures, are also blessed with the most diverse landscapes.

- on the edge of the largest volcanic lake in Europe: Lago di Bolsena with an area of 114 square kilometers and a circumference of 43 km. The Lago di Bolsena has recently been declared the cleanest lake in Italy; it even supplies drinking water. There are limited opportunities for water sports on Lake Bolsena.
