Hello, we are Marielle and Giulia. We have been renting out a holiday home in sunny Cima di Porlezza for a few years now, with success, and you will probably not find that surprising when you see this wonderful area here! Cima (di Porlezza) is a quiet village that lies on Lake Lugano, in Italy, but just 5 km from Switzerland. A great starting point for excursions.

Comfortable with French doors that give access to all large 270 degree panorama terrace overlooking Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains and the town of Menaggio.

Cima di Menaggio to Lugano in Switzerland between Lake Lugano and the Italian Menaggio on Lake Como. Cima is a wonderful authentic Italian village.
Near the quaint town of Menaggio with romantic promenade, cafes, shops and great choice of good local restaurants right on the water.
Italian is the language but they speak / understand also called German / Dutch.
In high season there Porlezza become much organized, such as night market and open air concerts.
Many attractions within easy reach.
Somewhat further away from Lugano is a huge Outlook Center at Mendrissio, a good option in bad weather, as it is not too far away, the famous Milan.
There are sports like hiking, climbing, cycling, water sports, golf.
There is a famous golf club in Menaggio.Het beautiful 18 hole par 70 golf is beautifully situated between the mountain forest. With driving range, restaurant enc.
