Rustico Savignano

Rustico Savignano is very quietly situated surrounded by nature where you can relax completely and solely hear the sound of a waterfall, a variety of birds and the wind blowing through the trees. You can also spot wild animals regularly. In the morning, do not be surprised to see a group of deer on a few meters from the porch, grazing in the grass or if you see a group of boar or porcupines through the bushes. In short, the holiday destination for those who love the beauty of nature and those who want to escape their busy life for a few weeks. 

When you step outside of Rustico Savignano you are confronted with a breathtaking view of the valley of the River Savio. From the porch you can see the city of Sarsina in the distance which makes you feel that civilization is not far, though it is far enough to be aware of the peace and quiet around you. In the evening you can admire the often breathtaking sunsets from the same terrace and once it is dark you can see the twinkling lights of Sarsina.

The house was completely rebuilt in '95 / '96. The name of the house, Rustico Savignano, indicates the rebuilt ruins in the village of Savignano di Rigo. This municipality is located in Forli province located in the Emilia-Romagna region. The border with Marche region is nearby and the regions of Umbria and Tuscany are just a few kilometers away by car. Very central to several known regions but found in very few books. Fortunately, because this authentic piece of Italy is not frequently visited by tourist flows. In short, here you can find the real Italy with its picturesque villages with coffee shops, butchers and pastas' della nonna.

The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There are central heating, a wood stove and fans. A refrigerator and stove with electric oven are among the standard equipment of the recently renovated kitchen.

Living room (satellite TV, DVD player, iPhone docking station, Hi-Fi set) with open kitchen, bathroom (recently renovated) with double sink, washing machine, toilet and shower, 1 bedroom (double bed, 3 double closets), 1 bedroom (bunk bed and 2 single beds). The house can accommodate 1-6 people.

The house has a large terrace where the circular pool of 30m2 is located. Around the house is a spacious garden which ends in the Italian countryside. There is largely garden furniture including two beds, two armchairs, a table with 6 chairs and a picnic (below the porch).

Shopping can be done in nearby Perticara (5 km), Novafeltria (10 km) or in Mercato Saraceno (7 km).
