This spacious home is set in a minimalist fashion, and increases the style, but not a modern one. Full respect is paid to what has been achieved in the past, when built, and the old features are even highlighted by the current owners by having traditional carpenters updating and completion of the house.
The whole house is spread over 3 floors.

The neighborhood is a residential one, a very friendly and nice one. outside there is a small park where children can play and no cars are allowed to drive on the street giving it to remain a fairly safe place for you and your family.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, not the typical tourist noise. Very pleasant and above all: typically Greek !!!
There is no public transport in the city, but this home is just inside the city hall and not far from a bus station. But life in the city of Rhodes, one does not really need a car. day rental can be done by agencies in the old town.
Other things to note
The house is separated in two, so very suitable for families of friends and couples with privacy for each. It can not be all rented separately.
The sandy beach is 10 minutes walking distance, and a very nice one it is too.

The living room is lovely and old, renovated and has a kitchenette it. Through the living room you step out onto the courtyard with outdoor dining options, and a bathroom and double bedroom. The living room has beautiful old arches that were made around 1400 and support throughout. Everything is built of stone and the walls are all at least 60 cm thick. Cool in the summer.
