Lemonhouse

The Lemonhouse was built in 2007 and purchased by us in 2016. We have adapted the holiday home to our wishes, extending the veranda, creating a garden and swimming pool and it is now a wonderfully quiet place to stay with lots of privacy. Downstairs: entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms equipped with cooling ceiling fans and washing machine room. Access to garden with outdoor shower and veranda and the nice swimming pool. Lovely terrace with sunbeds, table with six chairs and outdoor cupboard with electric grill.

Upper floor: living room with (sleeping) sofa and air conditioning. 2nd toilet with washbasin and access to the balconies from where there is a panoramic view of the sea, the Taygetos mountains and the beautiful landscape, here you can also enjoy the illuminated Byzantine church of Vounaria in the evening. TV / radio (satellite) with Dutch channels etc. present.

Open kitchen with refrigerator and large freezer, electric oven with 3 burner gas stove with 1 electric hob. Blender, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and toaster available. Dining table with chairs. You can park 2 cars in the driveway in front of the house. There is good 4G mobile internet coverage in and around the house. Mobile calls and internet are therefore no problem at all. Vounaria is an authentic old, small Greek village and has a small supermarket and restaurant. The beach is within walking distance, here are sunbeds and restaurants.
