• Around the apartment is a garden with 2 tables, 1 with parasol and 4 chairs and 2 beach beds.

The holiday season is from March to the end of October.
The high season is from July to the end of August.
Prices are per night.
• The price for the high season is € 345 per week
• The price for the low season is € 295 per week
• The price for the winter months is

This includes bath towels, bed linen, water, electricity. In case of extreme electricity consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit.

Smoking is not allowed inside or next to the outside doors and balcony of the apartment.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord.
