Villa Tikozidis is located on a 2000 m2 plot , It is 40 meters above sea level at the edge of a cliff. Both on the east, south and west side you can enjoy breathtaking, clear views to the horizon.
Around the house is a garden planted with beautiful palm trees. There is also an olive grove, a playground and private parking.
Inspired by the view of the Olympus (the mountain with eternal snow on the other side of the sea) we have thought of giving the three apartments a good name. The mountain of Olympus, as everyone knows, is the mountain where Zeus and 11 other gods live.
- Apartment Aphrodite (goddess of love and beauty) is the apartment on the first floor
- Apartment Apollo (god of light and music) the "main house" on the ground floor
- Apartment Artemis (goddess of the hunt) is the apartment next to the main building.
Villa Tikozidis is the place for people who want to vacation with family or friends, but rather have their own place. The three apartments are separate houses with their own entrance, each with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Privacy is guaranteed.
But of course you also want to be cozy together! That can be perfect in the common garden, because the outdoors and enjoying the beautiful weather are very important in Greece.
All apartments have large balconies. There is a large barbeque with a seat, an indoor arbor for food and on top of the cliff a fantastic terrace, where always a lovely cool breeze blows.
On the ground behind the house we created a sports and playing field: "Olympia" sports field.
Below the cliff lies "our" beach. There is a path and stairs to the beach 100 meters away. The beach runs slowly, making it suitable for children as well. Because there are sections with vegetation and stones, snorkelers also come to their trek.
The vast sandy beach of Nea Iraklia has become increasingly popular in recent years. In summer, several beach bars are set up and there is a lot of life. For quiet seekers there are also quiet places to be found.
It is well-kept in Villa Tikozidis and the surrounding area of ??Nea Iraklia, but it is recommended to discover the rest of Halkidiki and Thessaloniki.
What to see is all listed below.
In the vicinity of Nea Iraklia you will find farmland, vineyards and there are holiday houses of Greeks from the city of Thessaloniki. The atmosphere is typically Greek and you will only encounter few foreign tourists.
It is a small village with a harbor, fish restaurants, a few cafes, a bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy and a large orthodox church.
The surrounding area is hilly to just off the coast. Further inland, the mountains are Holomondas.
At 13 km to the north lies Epanomi and 12 km south is Kalikratia. These are some larger villages with more shops and nightlife. There is also a weekly market.
Thessaloniki Airport is only 35 km from Nea Iraklia. There are direct flights from Transavia (Amsterdam) and Ryanair (Dusseldorf - Weeze and Brussels). Transfer to and from the airport is possible.
