The house stands in a small village in the Sauerland. The house stands on a large plot of 1000 m2 on a sunny south slope with a beautiful panoramic view over the Elpedal.
The house can accommodate 10 people (maximum 8 adults). You can also rent the upstairs of our house between April 1 and December 1, sleeps 6 people (maximum 4 adults). The corridor on the ground floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is then closed. You can use down the other rooms.
The house is only ever rented to one group.

Layout of the house:
On the ground floor you from the hall into a corridor with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra wardrobe space. There is downstairs to find a laundry room and a playroom.
The staircase in the hallway leads to the floor where you will find the living and dining room with open kitchen. On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms, including one children's bedroom, second bathroom and a separate toilet.
The layout of the house is ideal for two families or families with grandparents. Ample space together, but also the privacy of their own separate bedrooms and bathroom.
Near Elpe are several ski resorts that Winterberg has the most comprehensive winter sports opportunities for both beginners and advanced skiers. Other nice ski areas can be found in, among other Altastenberg, Neuastenberg, Bödefeld (Hunau) and Willingen.
The Sauerland is a wonderful destination for an active holiday as a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, tranquility and space. Even kids will have lots of fun for the family-friendly Sauerland has fun rides for the little ones.

Shops / restaurants:
In the village you will find a small bakery, where you can get the morning's fresh bread. You can also extensive breakfast cheap.
For shopping you can visit the nearby Siedlinghausen.
Be found in the vicinity are several restaurants. Information can be found in the folder in the house.

We have renovated this fantastic house in Sauerland in 2010. It has become a warm and cozy holidayhome, with much attention paid to comfort and décor. We hope that our guests feel at home.

On the first floor is a spacious, bright living room with a cozy seating area and dining area with room for eight people. From the lounge you have access to the balcony on the south, which offers a magnificent view over the surroundings.
The master bedroom has a luxurious 2-boxspring bed and a sofa (extendable up to 2 persons). There is ample storage space in the 3-door wardrobe.
The second bedroom on the first floor has 2 luxury 1-person beds (also to assemble). There is also a 1-door wardrobe.
The children's bedroom has a children's bunk beds suitable for children under 12 years.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has a luxurious 2-persons boxspringbed. There is a 2-door wardrobe placed. There is also enough room for a baby cot.
The second bedroom on the ground floor has a luxurious 2-person divan and a 2-door wardrobe.
The bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower, toilet and double sinks.
In the bathroom on the ground floor you have access to a bathtub, a toilet and a sink.
In November 2011, a new luxury galley with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender and juicer. There is ample crockery, cutlery, etc. for 10 people.
In Siedlinghausen are an outdoor pool (summer) and an indoor pool (winter). Furthermore, there are more pools in the area (eg in Winterberg, Bad Fredeburg, Olsberg and Willingen).

Prachtig groot huis in een mooie omgeving. Geschikt om logees te ontvangen. Leuk met veel spelletjes en speelkamer. Ook tafeltennistafel en glijbaan erg geslaagd. Veel DVD's aanwezig. Buiten iets minder speelmogelijkheden door flinke helling, waardoor dat wat lastiger is. Goede service en fijn contact met eigenaren.
Tip: misschien af en toe het speelgoed aanvullen en kapot/incompleet speelgoed vervangen. Over algemeen: aanrader!
Een mooi en ruim huis en voorzien van alle benodigde spullen en inrichting. Leuke omgeving waar je veel uitstapjes kunt maken.
