It is not allowed to charge your electric vehicle. You risk a fine!

Smoking in the house is prohibited.

For additional persons or babies (€ 20.00 pppn), the cleaning costs and deposit are each € 25.00 extra. All these costs will be deducted from the deposit (which will be increased proportionately).
Bed linen per additional person € 12.50

Your booking must be requested at least 14 days before arrival. Much is possible if requested in time. Last minute requests are always possible.

When booking you agree to the cancellation policy

30% deposit within 3 days after application, approval and receipt of the invoice.
No refund of deposit.

We would like to receive the remaining payment 6 weeks before the arrival date.

The payment of deposit and additional items 2 weeks before the arrival date -
If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 35% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 65% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 28th day up to 3 days before the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 95% of the travel sum.
If you cancel 3 days before the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum. You can take out cancellation insurance for this.

The exception to this is Christmas and New Year's Eve. Then only per week and price from 11 people in both houses. Down payment 50%. No refund of deposit.
