Blick am Sonne

Our beautiful chalet - holiday home “Blick am Sonne” is located and built against a southern mountain slope. From the house you walk directly into the forest to the vast fields and hills. It has everything you need for an active hiking or mountain bike holiday, or just lounging in the sun enjoying the peace and quiet that the forest has to offer. The chalet is located in the Hunsrück nature reserve, directly south of the Eifel, between Trier and Koblenz on the German Gemstone Route.
• The chalet is equipped with:

A cozy tastefully decorated living room of 35M2, an open kitchen with all cooking utensils, electric cooker, refrigerator and a dining area.

Satellite TV with all Dutch channels
DVD player
Stereo set with radio and CD player

3 separate bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed
Bedroom 3 with double bed and wardrobe

A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet in a separate room.
From the living room you go through the patio doors to the south-facing balcony, equipped with a garden set and parasol. On this terrace you can optimally enjoy the sun during the day and the starry sky in the evening. The accompanying house bat will also arrive at dusk in the summer months and will fly around the tree in front of the chalet.
Under the chalet there is a room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board etc.
On the same level there is a fixed terrace with a second garden set and a stone barbecue. A freezer for storing meat etc. is also present in the washing and drying room.
The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children and has sufficient private parking for two cars. The surroundings of Harfenmuhle can be described as picturesque with many attractions.
The house is non-smoking and pets are welcome on request.
Surroundings

Wooded, hilly area with numerous possibilities for long walks and mountain biking. Swimming in the outdoor pools of Rhaunen or the campsite below. Plenty of attractions in the vicinity, such as various medieval castles, gemstone route (mines / museums / shops), wildlife parks, historic villages such as Herrstein and, of course, authentic cities on the Moselle such as Bernkastel-Kues, Cochem and Traben.
The Moselle is about 15 minutes away.
