Villa Exclusief is detached with a spacious, very sunny garden at the rear with unobstructed views. There is Free Wifi throughout the house

Spacious and very cozy living room with flat screen TV, home cinema set and Wii with games.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas stove, combination microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room is the washing machine and dryer.

Private sauna
The park is built on part of an old estate and on the edge of a primeval forest. Villa Exclusive is the middle house with a view of the old trees and the playing field behind it.
Playing field. In the park itself there are also small playgrounds everywhere.
Center building with restaurant, indoor playground, small supermarket and bicycle rental. There is also a mini golf course outside.
Koos goes on regularly to greet the little guests.
De Burcht is the center of Bad Bentheim (20 minutes walking distance) and is definitely worth a visit.
