Eifelblick Seiwerath

8.3

Dear tenants, the rental will be slightly different this year than you are used to from us. There will be less personal contact, which we find very unfortunate. Digital contact is of course always possible. The key is provided in a key safe and extra cleaning will be done. This year the pool will be treated with extra chlorine. These measures are necessary for you and our health.

The arrival day is possible on other days on Saturday in consultation.

Our vacation home offers you a lot of privacy during this time.
The region offers many attractions if you wish, but also many quiet places.

The cozy holiday home Eifelblick is located in the Dürrbachtal in Seiwerath, near various hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. Including the popular pilgrim path 'Jakobsweg'. This makes it the ultimate base for hikers, but also for motorcyclists. There is a spacious garage where the motorcycles can be stored, of course you can also store your car or bicycles in this garage.

The house has a cozy living room with pellet stove and TV (with Channel Digital and Foxsport 1): Following a separate kitchen with, among other things, a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also on this floor the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The beautiful staircase leads to the floor with 3 spacious bedrooms. With a garden of more than 4,000 m², which flows smoothly into the adjacent forest, you are guaranteed a lot of peace, space and greenery around you.

Pay attention !! The house is not suitable for groups of young people, bachelor parties or discharge parties. This house is intended for families or families who want to enjoy the nature and tranquility that this location has to offer.
