Our beautiful spacious and fully detached 6-person villa on 1400 m2 with 140 m2 of living space and private swimming pool 4x8 m is located in the middle of the Luberon nature reserve. The house has recently been air-conditioned and partly equipped with air conditioning and heat pump.
Spacious living/dining room (with air conditioning) with fireplace and loft. French doors to covered terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Open kitchen with all modern appliances.

Hall, sleeping quarters, 1x 2 person and 2x 1 person. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet room. Via living room to master bedroom (with air conditioning) with adjoining completely new extra bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Master bedroom has a dressing room and doors to a small sunny terrace with morning sun.
There is also a cot measuring 60x120 cm, please bring your own bedding.

The site is completely fenced with an automatic entrance gate.

The swimming pool is secured with a fence in accordance with French regulations.

We have a table tennis table available for sports enthusiasts.

We purchased this beautiful, recently renovated, fully air-conditioned 6-person villa in October 2023 and completely redesigned it. We are not unknown in this village of Puget, where we have several French friends. Before this, we already had another holiday villa from 2006, which is now occupied by a French family.
We also want to offer our new holiday villa in the summer months. Our French supportive manager, cleaning lady, pool man and gardener will remain.

Explanation of prices

The prices mentioned do not include €100 cleaning costs.
You must bring your own bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).
The dimensions of the beds are as follows:
2 beds of 160x200, 2 beds of 90x190
You will receive a rental agreement from us as soon as you have made a reservation.
50% of the rental price must be paid within 10 days after booking our villa.
The remaining 50%, the €100 cleaning fee and the €500 deposit must be paid no later than 1 month before the start of the rental period.
The key transfer is arranged on location.
You will receive a detailed description of the route to the entrance gate and how and where you can collect the keys.
If items become defective or broken due to your actions, we will charge this to the deposit. Our local manager will ensure this.
Our villa is equipped with air conditioning, which consumes a lot of energy if used excessively.
The total energy consumption of the home up to 350Kwh per week is included, above that we will deduct €0.25 per Kwh from the deposit. We can monitor energy consumption remotely.
