Ostal Cairano

Beautiful detached house in Cairanne, with a lot of privacy (walled and with electric gate). We purchased this property in 2020 and have completely renovated and furnished it since purchase.

The heated swimming pool was installed in the spring of 2022 (dimensions 8.30 m * 4 m, with built-in steps and a shallow plage part). There is room for sunbathing at the pool as well as a beautiful covered terrace of 20 m² with lounge set and a pool house (with toilet and refrigerator). There is also an outdoor poolside shower. The covered terrace can be attractively lit in the evening.

Located along the road between Cairanne and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, but because the house is more than 50m from the track and is accessible via a private driveway, there is no noise pollution.

The living room/kitchen and the terrace are south-facing, making the house very sunny and also sheltered from the mistral that comes from the north.

There is air conditioning in the living room / kitchen. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but are located on the north side of the house.

There is no service for bed linen and towels, so you have to provide them yourself (see description of the bedrooms for the size of the beds).

Because we are located in a residential area, we prefer tenants who do not cause too much noise, so please do not use too loud music or excessive noise in the swimming pool.

Pets are not allowed.

Large extra fridge and freezer in the storage room, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, Senseo coffee maker and Nespresso machine, microwave, large television with TV Flanders, super fast internet (fiber optic).
