Villa Solange is a luxurious 5 star villa suitable for 2 to 10 people. And that near a nice village (La Motte), as well as close to the coast (St. Maxime, St Rafaël) and fashionable seaside resorts such as St. Tropez, Cannes, Fréjus, Nice.
The villa is located on a private hill and offers magnificent views. The fenced property of 4000 m2 ensures complete freedom. Everything is perfectly cared for, with attention to every detail. The combination of luxury, authenticity, size, silence and freedom make the house on the hill a Provencal paradise.
On the 1st floor there is a luxurious bathroom and two very large bedrooms, both with patio doors to your own landing. The rooms have box-spring beds, air conditioning and spacious storage spaces. In one of the rooms you will find 2 cots. From the platform with a seat you have a panoramic view over the valley to the mountains.
The 1st floor is almost an apartment in the villa.
On the ground floor are the second, spacious and luxurious bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom for 2 people has a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms have two luxury box spring beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors that open onto the terrace.
We will provide 2 towels per person and make the beds for you.
From the hall you also enter the large living room. Characteristic of this room are the high ceiling, the original Louis XIV door and the many windows. Everything is pure Provençal and yet modern, cozy and luxurious. You can also chill out on the couch or grab a book or a game from the cupboard. We provide information about the area for you. And of course there is super fast WIFI.
From the living room you enter the terrace directly through the sliding doors.
The kitchen is a large separate room, accessible through the hall or the living room and also adjacent to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the desired appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a hob. There is enough crockery for 12 people.
Outside is the huge terrace, which stretches the full width of the villa. The terrace is partly covered, so you can choose to look for the sun or the shade. The long outdoor table with comfortable chairs, the two large sofas and the various chairs and stools offer enough space for everyone. On the terrace is also the grill plate for outdoor cooking. Open fires are not allowed.
Around the villa you can walk or play. Children love to go up the hill and play among the trees. There is also a swing for them. You can also walk down the hill to your private pool. Always accompany young children to the pool.
The large swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters has an organic shape and both a deep and a shallow part. The second terrace is located around the pool. You will find sun loungers with umbrellas and a round table with chairs. This terrace also offers various sun and shade spots. A wonderful place to play and relax.
Solange is located on a hill, on a private road. You enter through a large gate where a large parking lot for 4 to 5 cars awaits you. You can enter via the stairs to the monumental front door, via the path around the villa or via the large garage. In the garage is also the separate laundry room. From the garage there is a staircase to reach the house from the inside.
Solange, the house on the hill, is a dream villa with enough space for a large group, such as 2 families, a family with children and grandchildren or a group of golfers/hikers.
Do you want to go out? Golf, hiking, cycling. Everything is possible within a radius of 3 km.
As extra facilities we have prepared games: 3 golf sets, a table tennis table, jeu de boules sets, toys for the children, children's bicycles, etc. Use it freely.
Do you have an electric car? In the village of La Motte there are 2 charging stations, 5 minutes from the villa. Opposite the charging stations is also the bakery and a terrace.
Upon arrival you will be shown the way by John, the host. After the stay, the whole house is cleaned just as you found it. The cleaning costs of € 150 per stay and the washing of the linen and towels of € 12.50 p.p. must be paid in cash on departure. The arrival time is 16.00 hours, departure time 10.00 hours.
After your booking you will receive a confirmation. Well before your arrival we will send an email with detailed information. Your holiday can begin.
