Holiday home in France, Var, La Motte - villa Villa Solange, 5 star villa
The large villa offers plenty of space and can accommodate 10 people. And then you have plenty of places to be together and find your individual peace. You are here together, as a family, as a group of friends or as a theme group.
With the grand terrace as the central point. There is a long dining table with parasols, and sofas and chairs for relaxing.
The swimming pool is not directly on the terrace, always supervise your children when swimming. The size is 12 x 5 meters. Shallow on the left, deep on the right. There are 6 sun loungers, various parasols and seating areas. Both sun and shade.
There is plenty to do for children. From a swing to a table tennis table, a badminton net, a jeu de boule set, some water games, 3 mountain bikes for children, a marble track, children's books, and even exploring the grounds outside.
Everything is available and can be used freely.
Inside is the large, always cool hall. The original Louise XIV door takes you into the living room. The hall also provides the entrance to all other rooms, from the long corridor to the stairs to the 1st floor and the garage.
The large living room with beautiful ceiling is fully and tastefully furnished. You have access to Netflix, books, games and information about the area. You can use anything. Of course, please leave it tidy for our next guests.
And very important: there is fast WIFI, with a wide range.
From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the separate large kitchen-diner.
You will find everything you need there. A fridge-freezer combination with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is also a washing machine, which is located downstairs in the laundry room.
There is plenty of crockery for adults and children. The kitchen is also adjacent to the terrace where you will find the outdoor grill.
Eating outside often also means cooking outside. The grill plate is on the terrace. Here you can grill the most delicious dishes. Any form of open fire is prohibited.
We return to the hall and take the stairs to the 1st floor. 2 of the 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, a landing and 2 children's beds.
The bedrooms have luxurious box-spring beds, air conditioning and 2 cupboards (a hanging cupboard with extra shelf and cupboard with drawers). We make the beds for you and provide 2 towels per person.
There are both curtains and shutters to keep the heat out.
Both bedrooms give you access to your spacious private landing.
With a panoramic view of your property and the mountains.
The luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, large closet, sink and toilet.
Please note: there is a septic tank, and only thin toilet paper may be flushed.
When we are back downstairs we come back in the hallway, where the doors take you to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a staircase to the garage.
The 'children's room' is a cool bedroom with bunk beds. There is a cupboard with some children's toys. A high chair is available.
Downstairs are two spacious bedrooms with luxury box spring beds, 2 closets. The beds are made for you.
Everything has also been thought of in these bedrooms: air conditioning for the coolness, curtains and shutters to keep the heat out. The air conditioning can only be used when you are in the bedroom.
The bedrooms have patio doors that open onto the terrace.
You have a very large luxurious bathroom at your disposal. Of course with nice towels.
There is a double sink,
and a walk-in shower.
On the ground floor is a separate toilet with shower.
We come back outside to the terrace. There are several seating areas, so you can always choose whether you want the sun or the shade. You can also place the table tennis table here for your tournament.
Everyone finds each other again at the dining table. There are stools for the children and a high chair.
The terrace is partly covered, with beautiful views over the mountains.
You descend the hill to your pool. With sun and shade areas here too.
And when evening falls, the enjoyment continues. The view, the stars, the wine... You can dine for hours,

..or take an evening dip.
Your holiday on your own 4000 m2 property starts with opening the gate.
You reach the entrance and the front door via the stairs. You meet in the portal Solange, the solar angel.
Or you walk along the side. You can walk around the villa, from the pool to the real hill full of trees. Here children can play endlessly.
But sometimes you leave the villa. To explore the area. Whichever way you go, there is a lot to do. Some tips: The coast is reachable within 25 minutes. If you want to go to St Tropez, take the water bus for another half hour.
A trip along the coast takes you to the Esterel Mountains. Climb the Pic Roux. Take the boat or the car. Combine this trip with a visit to Cannes.
Visit one of the authentic towns or the famous abbey of Le Thoronet.
You will find the best wineries all around the area. And Canta Reinette is your neighbor.
Canoeing is possible in several places, we are a fan of the canoe rental in Le Muy, a 10-minute drive and you imagine yourself in paradise.
Do you like walking: the Gorges de Pennafort and the Rocher de Roquebruhne are nearby.
Do you like golfing: Saint Endréol is a 5-minute drive away. We have 3 golf sets that you can use.
