Old exposed beams, wood stove, large covered veranda overlooking the garden and the valley of the Aveyron. 3 spacious double bedrooms, all with their own air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms. Fine kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher and large oven. Underfloor heating on the ground floor. TV. Wood-fired hot tub in the garden from where you can admire the stars. The beds are made upon arrival and there are (bath) towels.

We have owned our holiday home as a family since 1965. In 2018 we decided to completely renovate the house with the help of an architect while retaining the old charm. The house borders the park of the castle of Féneyrols with beautiful large old trees. The rapids in the river, just near our house, mean that you can hear the river flowing wonderfully. You can swim there. In short: it is a wonderful place.

Explanation of prices

If for any reason the tenant wishes to cancel the booking, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only communicates on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
