The house has 6 bedrooms with double beds (box springs) and a 3-part mezzanine with 8 single beds. So in total there are 20 sleeping places. 3 of the 6 bedrooms have a private terrace.
There are a total of 5 bathrooms . 2 of these 5 bathrooms are directly connected to a bedroom (only access). 3 bathrooms have a toilet and there are two more separate toilets.
The equipped kitchen has the following appliances: microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (Senseo, Nespresso, 2 coffee makers), induction hobs, extractor hood, American refrigerator and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has spacious terraces to optimally enjoy the garden. There is a barbecue set on the terrace.
There is a large grass playground for the children. There is a kubb game and petanque game available. There is a billiards table in the house.
A large number of Dutch-language channels can be watched via the internet (Telenet and Yelo TV). From January 2024, internet via fiber with high surfing speed. A Netflix subscription is available free of charge.
There is an indoor swimming pool under a veranda construction with fully sliding windows.
There is a sauna and jacuzzi.
The pool has no heating; From mid-May to mid-September the water is at swimming temperature due to the veranda construction.
The jacuzzi remains at the operating temperature all year round.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to organize parties in the house or in the garden.
