Dining room with table and chairs for 6 people and behind it a cabinet containing glassware, pottery, cutlery, etc. The living room connects to this in a Z-shape.

On the side of the house the 2nd terrace with chalet and storage room.
The Storage Room is available for the storage of garden furniture and for tenants.
Bicycles can be stored behind the house and locked with a ring that is mounted in the wall. This courtyard/terrace is not visible from the outside and ensures complete privacy.

The Mediterranean Sea with the wide sandy beach that is within walking distance (750 m) from Maison Zeelande. Can also be reached by car and you can park for free near the beach and there is space here even in high season.

Entrance gate to Les Jardins du Rivage that allows you to get behind Maison Zeelande by car or on foot. Walking gate and sliding gate can be opened with wireless remote control.
Within the Residence there are 2 large Petanque courts. These Jeu de Boule courts are used every day and as a tenant you can watch or participate.
