This attractive holiday home is beautifully situated; directly south-facing and with a beautiful, distant view over the adjacent vineyard. In less than 5 minutes you can walk from the house to the bakery, with a cozy breakfast/coffee corner and the small but super handy supermarket in the center of Saint Antonin. The house offers you a lot of peace and complete privacy and is suitable for 2 to 6 people.
In the large garden you will find a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden terrace with sun loungers and a large parasol. The spacious swimming pool has wide, child-friendly steps. The garden borders a vineyard and offers a beautiful, distant view. Around the house you will find several cozy corners where you can enjoy yourself carefree and in peace from early in the morning until late in the evening, including a fantastic covered terrace with a lovely lounge area. Outside there is also a cozy square dining table and a large gas BBQ. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (with a mosquito net) plus a spacious children's room with two single beds. A cot and a high chair can be added for the little ones. All beds and mattresses are of good quality. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in rain shower and the modern kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary equipment. The house also has a dining area with wood stove and a sitting area with TV with which you can watch any channel you want via Chromecast.

There are patio doors to both the large terrace with pergola in front of the house overlooking the lower garden with the swimming pool and to the covered terrace on the side. The walls of the house are thick, which keeps it nice and cool in the summer. You have access to a good WiFi internet connection everywhere in and around the house. There is on-site parking for 2 cars.
