Maison Lola is an old Bastidon, uniquely situated among vineyards just outside Cotignac - in the Var - on a dead end road. We have a flat piece of land of nearly 7000 sqm with olive trees, a vineyard and many other trees and shrubs. All around you can see in the distance some houses, all at least a few hundred meters away. That means that you have absolute privacy anywhere in and around the house and a beautiful view. Cotignac itself is a quaint, really old Provencal village.
The house is spacious 100 sqm, located due south and is equipped with all comforts. It consists of a kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom and a separate guest house with a sleeping area and a living area. All rooms are on the ground floor. In July and August, it is almost always beautiful weather and live largely outside. The house therefore has several terraces. But of course you can just find another spot on the property. Finally, there is plenty of room. One of the terraces has a spa bath (Jacuzzi). Here you can relax in peace and quiet at any time!
The house is very pretty, but still within walking distance of a supermarket where you can get anything. A few kilometers from the villages of Cotignac and Carcès are with all amenities. Cafes, restaurants and Provencal markets are plentiful in the immediate area. From the tranquility of our home you can, if you wish, the crowds look in all directions within a half hour and a half, including the Lake of Sainte-Croix, the Gorges du Verdon, Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, Bandol, sanary, Le Lavandou, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and Frejus, Saint-Raphael, Cannes, Nice and Grasse. For sports enthusiasts, there are more than enough opportunities. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, sailing, canoeing, golf and horse riding are all possible in the immediate vicinity.
Who are we? We are Jet Meulenbelt and Ank Overbeek. Jet is a woman, born in 1956 and Ank is a man born in 1951. We have the Bastidon purchased in 2001. Since then, we have the house completely renovated retaining many original features, and then expanded to what it is today.

On the other side of the house you will find the guesthouse. This consists of a sleeping area of ??11m² and a living area of ??20m².

Prachtig Provençaals huis. Rustig gelegen tussen de wijngaarden. Verschillende zitjes waren heerlijk. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Cotignac erg gezellig stadje! Zwembad zou nog fijner zijn!
Leuk, gezellig en koel huis op een mooie, rustige plek. Jacuzzi lekker om in af te koelen. Cotignac is een gezellig plaatsje met veel horeca en marktjes. In de (nabije) omgeving genoeg te bezoeken.
