Holiday home in France – holiday house Sans souci
This is our home during a beautiful summer evening, the sun just goes down.

A nice spacious kitchen with access to the garden and terrace.
Here you can see that Briare town is a wetland. Would you make a flight over the Loire Valley? This can be on Saturday and Sunday. An aircraft with pilot for three people, cost for a half hour from 90 to 120 euros. We can reserve for you.
In front of the house you will see the entrance of the house and the conservatory of our own home. The front door of our house is located on the garden side.
This quiet bedroom at the front of the house. The beds (2x80cm) can be placed next to each other. There is heating, the floor is laminate.
The winter 2017-2018 is used to renovate the holiday home Sans Souci. The garden bedroom is ready, a beautiful bed of 160x200cm with matching bedside tables and new latex mattresses.
We are Cor and Mieneke Kolen and love the good French life, good food under the cherry tree with a good glass of wine from Sancerre. We have been living in Briare for a long time and still enjoy it.

On the Loire there are regular parties, where the old ships are present. On the quay are the tents, where you can eat and have fun together.
We replace something every year. This year there are new garden chairs, especially for an exciting book or a nap under the shade tree
In the garden, the terrace is provided for guests with a lounge set and a dining area for 4 people.
The pool is a build-up pool 7.75x3.75.
In the garden bedroom there is an open wardrobe with the hanging area to the side.
Sancerre has been voted the most beautiful village in France, chosen by the French viewers of TV1. Half an hour from Briare and really worth it. Small but nice, good restaurants, excellent wine and cozy shops. Wander through the streets and alleys, visit the wine exhibition.
The Pont Canal of Briare has been voted the 4th most valued monument in France in 2021. And not for nothing, the tranquility above the water, the birds and the ships that pass by. Beautiful skies, always nice for a walk.
There is a cottage on the terrace. The sofa and dining table with 4 chairs are located on 20m2. Feel at home in our country house.
