Located in Pays de Caux, Haute-Normandie, a rich cultural-historical environment with castles, traditional half-timbered houses and typical Norman villages and towns.
Bosville is 13.5 km from the sea, an hour from Etretat, Le Havre, Dieppe and Rouen. In two hours you can reach Paris, Bayeux (Tapisserie de Bayeux) and the large landing beaches from the Second World War.

The house offers a lot of peace, south-facing terrace with a view of the standard orchard with sheep. The garden offers privacy and space for children to play. Including a sandpit and a wild lawn where they can build a hut. There are many flowers, butterflies and birds. Tenants may, taking into account those who come after them, snack on the available unsprayed fruit and vegetables.

Layout:
Sunny kitchen with fireplace and wood stove. Spacious dining room with sofa bed, children's toys, books and board games. Adjoining bedroom 1 (step) with a bed of 160x210cm and bedroom 2, which is only accessible through bedroom 1, with 2 beds of 90x200cm. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The bright rooms overlook the garden. Downstairs are also the hall, toilet and bathroom. 1st floor: the 3rd bedroom with lots of privacy and a bed of 140x200cm.

Environment:
In Grainville-la-Teinturiere (5 km) you will find a butcher, café/grocery and a bakery. In Cany-Barville (6 km) you can get everything and there are several cafes and restaurants, a swimming pool with sauna, a pharmacy and a general practitioner (Cabinet Médical). On Monday morning there is a large market. There is an organic market every Friday afternoon on the Les Prés D'Artemare farm in St.Vaast-Dieppedalle (4 km). St.Valery-en-Caux is an important harbor town, it has a large market on Friday morning, and also on Sunday morning in summer.

The coast offers many easily accessible boulevards with free parking. Preferably swim on the guarded beaches because of the large tidal differences (6-9 meters). Veulette-sur-Mer (14 km) is popular for its pebble beach, swimming, sailing and surfing opportunities and the boulevard with cozy terraces. Veules-les-Roses is a romantic coastal town with many galleries, restaurants and a beautiful sandy beach for a nice walk. You will find peace and the opportunity to surf, skydive or paraglide along the cliff in St. Aubin sur Mer.

In Cany-Barville you will find information about walking and cycling tours, golf, interesting gardens, water mills, walking and fishing along the river Durdent, the Lac de Caniel with many recreational opportunities, the Accrowood adventure park and the Labyrinthe des Dalles at the Office du Tourisme. Also about cathedrals and museums such as the Musée du Lin and the Musée du Cidre. Further afield, between Lisieux and Caen is the interesting open air museum Chateau de Crèvecoeur. Driving to the coast you will also find Bayeux and the famous Normandy landing beaches. Rouen is a beautiful old city on the Seine, once every 4 years the Armada takes place, a festival comparable to Sail Amsterdam. Paris is only two hours away from Bosville, accessible by train from Yvetôt station to Gare St. Lazare station in Paris.

The house is not suitable for the disabled because of the shower in the bath and a small step to the bedroom. There are 2 safety rails in the bath.
